Pet Policy

Meridian Property Management rental units are all pet-friendly and allow up to two cats or dogs. Residents are required to complete pet paperwork and pay associated fees prior to pet(s) living in the unit. More details below.

Pet Policy Information

We love pets and that is why all of our rental units are pet friendly! Every rental home is allowed up to two (2) pets with a signed Pet Addendum for each pet and a non-refundable pet fee paid for each pet.

Non-Refundable Fees: Cat owners must pay a $500.00 non-refundable fee

Dog owners must pay a $1000.00 non-refundable fee for 1st dog

Dog owners must pay a $500.00 non-refundable fee for 2nd dog

Restricted Breeds: Akita, American Bandogge Mastiff, Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, English Bull Terrier, Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Conario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf-Hybrid, Non-domestic animals, and venomous animals of any kind or type.

Every dog is required to submit to a DNA test. The sample of your dog’s DNA will be gathered by a simple swab of your pet’s mouth. There is a $60 charge that will be at the expense of the resident in order to cover the cost of the DNA test. The DNA test must be completed and the information turned into management before the effective date of the lease agreement.
