Rental Application Process
We strive to make the application process as straightforward as possible. Below you will find out rental requirements and guidelines. CREDIT
We require a credit score of 600 or higher
INCOME
We require your household to make a combined 3 times the monthly rent in gross monthly income
CRIMINAL
We require you to pass a criminal background check
RENTAL HISTORY
We look for renters who have a history of paying on time and do not owe money to a landlord or utility provider
Application Fees
We screen all of our applications that are 18 years of age or older. The associated fee to cover the cost of the background check is $75 per adult.
