What is 'Rent With The Option To Purchase'?
The Rent With The Option To Purchase Program allows you to select one of our beautiful, brand new single family homes to rent with the future option to purchase. The qualification process is the same as any of our other rentals.
You will pay a monthly amount that includes rent and a credit toward closing costs. That monthly credit will accumulate until the date of purchase. If you should not purchase the home for any reason, you would not receive that credit back.
Participants of the Rent With Option To Purchase Program will pay a $595 underwriting fee at the time of renting, as well as a security deposit and any additional fees such as pet fees.

Rental benefits while in lease
While you are in your lease agreement, you are afforded all the benefits of a traditional rental unit - 24/7 emergency maintenance, standard property maintenance, professional property management and more!
Requirements
Each adult on the lease must:
- Have a 600 credit score or higher
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a rental background check
- Adults must combine to make 3 times the monthly rent in verifiable income
